Could I have some guidance in English or Japanese?

Hello!

I do know that entire forums are in Chinese, but as I did found few japanese light novels I really want to get, I would like to know how I'm able to access those. I've tried to translate a lot of pages, but I still don't know how to get points to access downloading. Any help is appriciated.

Also if there is index for japanese written novels I would like to know where to find it.

I understand English, Japanese, Swedish (a little bit) and Fininsh, but only can translate Chinese with google translate.
